Summer Wind's 128 homes are built on R-1 fee-simple lots. Our minimum lot size is 100 x 150 feet, and homes are 1,600 square feet and up with an optional Florida room.

Your choice of exterior stone or brick and many different interior features is limited only by your imagination.
