** All Maintenance Fees are based upon the optional landscape package offerred by Town and Country Landscaping.
** Grass cutting for lots larger that the standard 16,000 square feet, will be based upon the size of the lot (in square footage.) This to be determined on or before time of service.
** All fess at this time are estimated and will be subject to change as development expands. Once amenities are established and common areas determined, cost may vary.
** Optional services selected by the homeowner must be on an annual basis. Special circumstances will be considered and reviewed by DiCioccio Construction LTD. and BrodMor Property Management.
** At the time of closing buyer to pay an additional fee of $120.00 to fund operations of the association and it's reserve account. The monthly mandatory base fee of $85.00 will be pro-rated based on days of the month if necessary and also collected at this time. If a maintenance plan is requested this also will be prorated and collected if necessary.
